A great option in Sanur. The hotel offers more intimate vibes, while also great for families with young kids. Sanur Icon is just a stone's throw away if you feel like going to the mall to buy something or enjoy mall foods. Beach access and bikes are very appreciated to enjoy it fully. All staff are very welcoming and attentive.

It's always a great experience staying at Andaz. The service is amazing, Ida Ayu was very helpful and helped me with the florist and all things needed in the morning. The food at the fisherman club and the ambiance are also very nice! Will always come back to Andaz whenever I visit Bali.

Impeccable stay. Stayed at a room in front of the pool. You get free drinks, fruits and snacks for in-house guests near the lobby. Most minibar items were also free of charge. Room was spacious and the interior design was on point (though I notice mostly Javanese interior instead of Balinese). Fisherman's club offers one of the best seafood options in Sanur. The grilled baramundi and roaster cauliflower were cooked to perfection. Prices are relatively affordable when compared with similar hotels in Bali. You can rent a bike for free and try the newly paved Sanur beachwalk, swim in the many pools or participate in the many hotel arranged activies. Would definitely come back for arguably one of the best hotels in Sanur.

We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!

Our room was on top of the barbecue restaurant the due the smell and the noise, we cannot sit in the balcony, and the noise and the music was so loud that we couldn’t really sleep well. Fisherman club restaurant the food was very good, but he was open to the public therefore the hotel guest limited seat choices that was disappointing in the music again it was too loud. We had to shout to talk to each other during the meal..
