The room was not too great. The bathroom was not clean. Far from the center of the city. Walk-in price was so much cheaper than the app ' s price. Big red flag: They ask for an additional IDR. 75.000 per person if we have more than 2 people per room, without any extra bed. Such a gold digger.

Comfortable enough for a guest house. The staffs were kind & helpful. It would be more perfect if you fix the wastafel ' s faucet in the room. But thanks anyway.

A clean three-floor budget homestay in a quiet residential complex in Pedalangan, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java Province. On a recent Lebaran holiday I and my wife stayed in a small room on the second floor with three beds (2 combined + 1 single) for IDR 313,500.-. Good free WiFi connections. A quiet but not so cold AC. Clean bathroom with a Western style toilet, a sink with a mirror, liquid body wash soap, and a very good hot/cold shower. Limited terrace parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Friendly staff. A musholla (moslem prayer room) on the second floor. Minuses: bad TV reception; No elevator; No exhaust fan in the bathroom (only glass panes); No toilet paper; No tissue paper in the room; No rooftop (the third floor is used by the owner). Note: on our check out, the morning concierge finally fixed the TV reception problem (too late).

The sheets and pillow case not changed, I could smell people 's sweat. The towel was old and torned. Air conditioner not clean which made the room smelly. Broken cabinet as well. Had asked to change room but they refused. Luckily the hot water was worked.

No swimming pooll, is this 3stars hotels?

Old place but seems fine. If you want some modern-ish place, this place is 100% not for you.
