Arrived when it was already dark. There's a carpark attendant helping to inform us on where we can park our car as hotel guests. Checking in was easy. We needed to deposit Rp50.000 (for hotel key) and the money was returned in full when we checked out and returned the key card. Overall hotel lobby ambience is nice and clean. We love it. Our room was on the first floor, and it's nice and relatively clean (dusty a bit on the table). Hot water system, air-con, everything worked well. Tea and coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water (plus electric kettle) were provided. The latest time to check out is 1pm, otherwise an extra day is charged. Breakfast option was good, and the food was 7.5/10. We tried eating at the cafe for dinner. Pasta was 7/10. Char Kway Teow was 6/10 (soggy and a little too salty). We tried the Ramadhan Meal, and it was 7/10. We had it delivered for dining in our room. When food was delivered to our room, we could pay using our bank's debit card on the spot (informed them of our choice of payment). Would we recommend this hotel? Yes.

I can't complain because of the price. For that price, I think I’ve got a good deal. Strategic place, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, friendly staff. Overall, it's a good hotel for short trip with budget ;)

Old but gold hotel! Arrive there at night, and they gave us a room face the road so it was noisy, then I asked for exchange, and they gave us the room facing the swimming pool. Nice and quiet. Despite the hotel is old but everything was very comfortable, We didn't find a single thing to complain about. Breakfast also good. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I book a smoking room and I got it, but the flusher isn't working and it takes a long time waiting for someone try to fix it, and I ended up switching my room to nonsmoking.

A little bit surprised by the room size for a 3-star hotel. I can say it's cramped up for a two-person stay, especially the bathroom. I'm not really into with the bathroom which is too low for a 3-star hotel. The shower faucet is also close to worn-out and needs some repair.

Just checked in and found out the hotel was old like almost abandoned, the room was dusty (I coughed and had trouble breathing there) and the bed is the worst of all. The bed sheets and covers are dirty, and I felt itchy just by sitting on it for few minutes. I also found used cigars on the balcony. Less than 30 minutes after checked in I decided to leave the hotel and never come back even I already booked and paid the hotel for 2 nights.

Pro: location location location. Cons: AC and Fan noise very loud, unable to sleep. No commitment/initiative for sustainability such as: water jug in room, water dispenser on each floor. Soap and shampoo on dispenser in bathroom.
