shafira was perfect, very strategic,the room was spacious and super clean, ac perfectly worked, hot water pressure was nice, bed very comfortable and clean, the staffs were nice and friendly. definitely will stay again

The bedroom is not so large but comfortable. The hotel has complete facilities. It's ideal for family with kids since it has mini Zoo & playground. The lobby is large and child friendly. The swimming pool is like a private one if you stay in the weekdays.

Some facilities in the hotel is unappropriate. The water tap isn't working properly, toilet has no lock.
