Clean place, very neat and the hot water runs well too, but on the second time I was moving to the new room there was some issues about the toilet and piping, no big deal but overall was a very nice experience.

Pretty bad experience for an Oakwood apartment. We booked 2-BR apartment for 4 people. Kitchen utensils are not enough for 4 people, there are only 3 cups, 3 bowls, 3 plates, I would expect to have 4 for everything. Coffee capsules are only for 2 people also. They run out of 2-BR apartment and gave us 3-BR apartment with one bedroom locked. Seriously, why don't just give it for free rather than making it so strict by locking the third room, the room can't generate any revenue at all anyway. The cleaning is not very good either (see the stain of soap around the bathroom).

The door lock not working, I have to wait standing in front of apt for 1 hour until somebody coming to help while I have my next agenda. Then happened again, need to wait 20-30 min.

I have a pleasant staycation there. I chose studio type, it was comfortable, clean yet functional type for us. Although hand soap was out of stock but the body soap was so fragrance. It had very strategic location, near traditional fresh market and Pantjoran PIK (full of food stall and great scenery) also pik avenue.

This hostel is very convenient to eatery and shopping mall. Place is clean and provide free simple breakfast. Will definitely come for staying again!

Did not return my deposit money, when ask they say will return the deposit within 2 to 7 days. More than 7 days already, still haven return my deposit money. Will not recommend to others or friend.
