Hotels in Kota Lama

Staff were welcoming and made an effort to solve issues (e.g. helped me find a room where the air conditioning was working-on the third room it was working). Bedding and towel were clean and usable. However, the main front area of the hotel where I stayed was very filthy/dirty. Especially the floors and shared bathroom/toilets. The shared bathroom/toilets were not cleaned at all during the whole of my three night stay, and the cigarette butts and litter in them when I arrived were still there when I left. The whole place had the appearance that it had not been cleaned at all in months/years. Almost as if it were derelict. The staff just seemed unaware that this is not ok, as otherwise they seemed to be working hard producing clean bedding etc. I have stayed in many hotels across Indonesia costing the same amount, and this hotel is by far the worst, due to the lack of any cleaning.

Location was super as it was in the middle of old town Semarang. Room and bath room was clean. Internet was fast. Mattress was a bit hard but still okay.

The hotel staffs are OK, But the room was not in prime condition, the pain was off, wall was dirty, the window rather So small.

Very good, very neat and very excited about the hotel.
