Great customer service. Water dispensers were provided along the corridor to fill up your own bottles. Decent breakfast buffet.

No towels. Had to borrow from neighboring villa.

This hotel was good. It was very clean and modern. The rooms were very spacious and I liked the layout. The hotel was in a great location in Ubud

Smelss like old room, bathroom also old, bed sheet old.

The resort was really nice. The room is big and the staffs are awesome. But it's too bad that because we bought through the agent, for the breakfast we didn't get the bread. When we asked for the bread with the staff, they said because we bought through the agent, so we didn't get the bread.

Very recommended for people who are looking for peaceful and quiet ambience with nature reserve surroundings. Great hotel with friendly staffs and the food were delicious too especially the local food "Nasi Goreng Kampung" 👍🏻

I booked a deluxe room (room no. 14) with pool view and breakfast on Aug 2023. My room, include my bed, is clean enough, no bugs and stain like I read in the other reviews. The room and the bathroom is big, quiet place, but you should travel approx 10-15 mins to the center of the croud in Ubud (foods, market, etc) and the road to the Villa is small (but still can be accessed by car). Other things that I like is they can provide an easy and fast procedure for motorcycle rent. But there're several points to be improved: - Wifi quality: When I'm in the room there is almost no signal and the wifi is bad) - Breakfast option and time: The option isn't worth the price, time for breakfast only at 8-10 am, usually in the other place the breakfast can start from 6 am. Option only pancake, omelet, toast plus juice. - Swimming pool cleanliness: Clean but a little bit murky. - Towels quality and cleanliness. - Bathroom design is big but isn't effective, toiletries quality, and the some facilities in the bathroom aren't in good condition.
