No hot water, towel have to ask, the head shower was rusty, no kettel for make it coffee or tea I am so disappointed about couple hour I have to check out! So sad never stay at cosy stay again ….

Nice hotel Lux and clean. Strategic with Transmart Mall, some restaurant/caffe around. Room is clean, comfort and we get free upgrade from Receptionist. Thank you. The pool was clean and awesome. They have kids pool with 2 side. The food also good. The staff is friendly. Parking is spacious. My kids very happy stay here. We will back again.

It was okay for one night stay. But to be put into consideration and feedback, please renovate and improve the cleanliness in the bathroom and bedroom. Renew the linen as it has become dull. Mop the floor meticulously so it won't make any stain on it. Last but not least, please make the stairs to mezzanine not slippery. It 's dangerous. Thank you.

I've booked for 3 days and when I was checked in there 's no bath towel, empty tissues, and just shower gel in the bathroom, then I asked the receptionist for a towell and she said the towell are still in laudry and we need to wait. I think the hotel management should be brushing the toilet sink and refurnished the pantry area. So far it 's good for staying during a week holiday in Bali. Excellent services for the room attendance and receptionist.
