First time here for my hubby’s birthday. I requested a slice of cake with a birthday message when booking then we got an additional message on the mirror and the cake arrived shortly after we checked in 🩵 I asked for a pool access room and it was truly convenient for us, as our children love swimming back and forth 😅 And also, out room close to the gym, so my husband could work out in the evenings. The food at the restaurant was varied and very kids friendly. We really enjoy our dinner and breakfast 😋 What we especially liked was the abundance of kids and family activities. Fishing, duck feeding, rabbit feeding, horse riding, playground, rletc. They were all free. We'll definitely be back again 🥰

I really enjoyed staying here... the service was great, the food was complete and delicious, and what's more, I asked for mirror art to be made last minute, and they said it would be done one day before, so I thought, oh, that means it can't be done. But when I arrived at the room, it had already been made, and it was a great surprise. I also arrived before check-in time. I was going to check in and leave my bag to go out before entering the room, but it turned out I was able to check in. So I'm doubly happy with Aston's service. Love Aston Sentul...thank you❤️. My son also liked it and it was memorable for us, we'll be back next time.

Everything is good except the door room is drafty, the toilet is messy, the wardrobe door is creaky

The food for the package dinner was not as expected (dinner was served as a family dinner which was not as expected. I would have been better off taking room service if I had known the dinner service was not that good).

The initial check-in process. We arrived at the hotel just after 3:00 PM. It was supposed to be ready at that time, but we were asked to wait 30 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. It turned out that there were a lot of people waiting for their rooms to be ready at that time. This was confusing, as the rooms should have been cleaned and prepared after the previous guests left. And considering check-out time is 12:00 PM, all the rooms should have been ready by 3:00 PM. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I had an interesting experience staying here. Upon check-in, I didn't get the room I expected. I called the receptionist and had a lengthy discussion, and finally, I was given a room that was unexpectedly better than the one I'd booked. I've stayed here twice and had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

A good family-friendly hotel, close to Jakarta, with a pool, various children's activities, and a variety of room options to suit your budget. Overall, the service from the hotel staff is good, and the food is varied, with a variety of European and Asian flavors. Parking is inadequate, especially for women drivers. Thank you, Aston Lake
