Thank God I got today's fortune, a room that is spacious, comfortable, good features, with a low budget, friendly service, even though I brought a motorbike, minus only the peeling wallpaper. Hopefully it will always be consistent like this.

1. Kamar yang saya dapatkan tidak sesuai aplikasi, seharinya double malah dikasih Twin. Yang lebih menjengkelkan, resepsionis yang agak tua, ngegas ngomongnya, bersikeras bahwa yang dia terima cuma twin bukan double, kemdian menegaskan klw kamar double sudah habis. Padahal saya check-in di awal waktu. Masalah online sekarang jangan pakai alasan kalau salah aplikasi atau jaringan. Setiap booking pelanggan di aplikasi, pihak hotel langsung mendapat notifikasi, sehingga pihak hotel mengkonfirmasi bahwa kamar yang tersedia tinggal berapa. Dari beberapa review tamu sebelumnya saya baca banyak kasus ya g sama. Saya berharap pihak aplikasi memberikan notice kepada pihak hotel. 2. Kamar tidak bersih, dimana debu dan sampah banyak dibawah ranjang, lemari yang sudah goyang dan ada yang pintunya lepas, ventilasi udara di WC mati sehingga membuat bau yang tak sedap, water heater tidak bisa diatur walau ada pengaturan, jadi air tetap panas walau pada posisi minimum, stiker dinding yang terkelupas, 3. Reviews-reviews negatif ini seharusnya diperbaiki pihak hotel, sehingga pelanggan lebih nyaman. Jika tidak sanggup melayani yang standar, silahkan buka yang kelas atas saja. Kalau gak sanggup ya tutup saja. Anda lebih paham dalam bisnis ini.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is also right on the side of the road. Can be used as an option to stay in the city of Bireuen. It's nice anyway.

Order a delux twin room, but the room given is standard. This hotel seems not ready with online booking system.

Bad, bad hotel, it doesn't match the photo. I didn't sleep.

The first night I stayed, the room smelled of dead mice, at 12. PM was moved to another room, the air conditioner was not cold, the second night I booked on the travoloka application, the hotel did not accept us, they said booking through the application was closed, even though we had paid through the application travoloka, and the travoloka system cannot be refound.

No water heater, No bellboy, Receptionist is not informative yet unfriendly. Even the reception desk is a mess, and the hotel lobby is allow to smoke, that makes the lift is smell bad. No picture needed I guess to describe it.

Rooms 4-25 (4th floor number 25) are less clean.

The air conditioner is not cold, please correct it for convenience.

This hotel is the best, but from the worst. Of the total 5 rooms that I ordered, none of them really deserved to be called the best as a hotel room. Slanted toilet seat, unavailable hot water, leaking teapot, broken window, tube tv, smelly toilet, slanted and broken door algae, mismatched bed covers, dirty bed covers and blankets, dusty wardrobe shelves , and room wallpaper that is torn, loose, or moldy. It's a really bad hotel but to be honest the best among them. And you have to manually check each instrument so you know it first and ask for a replacement room. Even the key chains for deluxe rooms are reused from pieces of cutters and markers. I ordered 5 rooms with 3 standard rooms and 2 deluxe rooms. But nothing is true at all. Standard rooms are the worst! All the standard rooms are in shambles, some even have windows that can't be closed. I had to change rooms in a standard room and saw 4 damaged rooms until I could finally choose a better room. My advice is to order a deluxe one or a class above it. The standard room was a nightmare for you. Even the shelves are dusty and the blankets are dirty. Lots of stains. Some rooms even when I entered the floor was still dirty like it wasn't cleaned after someone came out. Every room comes with a broken shower handle, and with an old equipment. The faucets and showers are rich from the 90's and have never been replaced. Everything is crusty. The hotel seems not well maintained by the staff. I feel bad for the hotel. It is really the best from the worst.

At check-in, the FO is empty, there are no officers. The bathroom sink, shower bidet, leaked, there was no foot mat from the bathroom, the TV remote didn't work.

Small shower water comes out when bathing can be less clean.

First, the payment at the hotel is really troublesome! Second, the hot water wasn't working, I've told the receptionist at around 9 near to 10 pm but the picture (person in charge) came and wake me up around 12pm sth with no solution! At last, my whole family didn't take bath and directly checked out early in the morning AND the pillow was really smelly and I could directly tell that they haven't washed them since several previous customers! Overall this hotel really is suitable with the price which is just Rp 222.000 and you can't expect anything from it!
