The room is very clean and spacey, even it is a studio, we got a really nice room that has the view to the swimming pool, the room decoration is also nice, the air conditioner is also cool. One of the most memorable hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious (and had a lot of variety!). I love the lovely small gestures like the staff offered a drink, asking how the night was, sang happy birthday (it was a spontaneous act from a staff), and assisting us to the toilet. I apologize for not remembering any staff’s name, but all of them are really, really nice, helpful, and served us with a smile. Would definitely stay again one day.

The staff was kind, the hotel near to the main street and only a few kilometers from Tambun Station. Not too difficult to order online motorcycle and you could say pick up point at in front of main gate of this Hotel (pintu utama). The hotel is only 4 floor but they have neatly room, clean and AC work properly. TV cable is on the wall and there is cap-stock for hanging your clothes. Water heater is work well and bathroom was clean. One point that makes me feel amazed is they have a garden cafe that is beautifully lighting in the night and it's very bright but still convenient and cozy.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

Hotel IXO Bekasi

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while accompanying my husband, who was being treated at Bekasi City Hospital. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were excellent for its class. An excellent additional service was the car pick-up and drop-off service to Bekasi City Hospital. This really made it easier for me to travel back and forth with my husband's needs at the hospital.
