I stayed for one night and overall had a really pleasant experience. The ambiance of the hotel was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt tidy and inviting. Special thanks to the staff, especially Kak Yudhi and Kak Indah, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was cozy, and I felt a nice ambiance with good lighting for reading. Nice hot shower every time I needed it. Other facilities were standard like in most other good hotels, like a welcome drink, awesome breakfast, ample parking space, and a seminar/ballroom for official occasions. There was a pool table in the public room near the receptionist, which I thought was great. I tried a free nice Christmas cookie put next to the Christmas tree! What I like most were those metal batik molds put as wall decorations. What a unique masterpiece.

Hotel IXO Bekasi

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while accompanying my husband, who was being treated at Bekasi City Hospital. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were excellent for its class. An excellent additional service was the car pick-up and drop-off service to Bekasi City Hospital. This really made it easier for me to travel back and forth with my husband's needs at the hospital.
