From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable because the staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, tending to be curt. I booked with early check-in and late checkout benefits, but the staff instead asked me to check with Traveloka. It was truly unprofessional. The moment I entered the room, I was even more determined to move. It was poorly maintained, outdated, and felt haunted. It's better to find another accommodation in Cimahi. Traveloka, please sort out the properties or at least match the photos with the reality.

Friendly service, only minus in the facilities, no towels (there are some but you have to ask for them and they are delivered at night so it's difficult for me to take a shower in the afternoon), no drinks, no prayer equipment

There is no free wifi, no water heater. The toilet's door can not be locked. Its broken. The water is sooo cold. There is no even a cup or mug for us to use for drink. Very bad experience.

I Booked This Room Via Traveloka, When I Arrived At The Lobby I Was Directed To Contact The Admin Number Listed At The Front Desk. When I Contacted The Admin I Was Asked For An Additional Fee Of 100K Outside The Price Listed Via The Application, With The Reason That The Room Option I Booked Was No Longer Available, Cleanliness Is Quite Good, The Hot Water On The Water Heater Doesn't Work Well. I Think For The Price Of 250K With Such Facilities It Feels Very Less Worth It.

Hotel staff is ok, but room cleanliness could be much better.

Joined the apartments, but the quality of comfort in the room is very lacking, especially the lighting in the room is very dim.

It's quite quiet, the only downside is there's no hot water for bathing.

We got a room in 1903, the room facilities were quite complete, but unfortunately it couldn't be used because it looked dirty, dusty and smelly. The toilet also smelled especially when the toilet was flushed.

I'll Give You The Picture Above Where I Had To Pay 50k Because There Was A Little Cigarette Burn Spot On The Tray That Was Initially Smelly And Dusty .. My Friend Used It Because There Was No Ashtray Available .. I Think If I Bought A New One It Wouldn't Be That Much .. Oh It's A Deposit Just Take It Sis .. I think I made the 2 mistakes above that I mentioned earlier..
