Bermalam di hotel ini tanggal 27 Desember, big deal banget dapat rate di 590-an sudah include breakfast. Lokasi sebelahan sama The Keranjang dan seberang Krisna, cocok banget buat yang lagi liburan dan berencana bawa oleh-oleh. Room bersih nyaman, breakfast enak-enak semua, staff ramah dan helpful. Pasti bakal nginep sini lagi kalau ke Bali lagi🥰

Stayed for a few days at this hotel, but to clean the room, HK had to call first before cleaning the room, tea and sugar were not added daily, the breakfast menu was not very varied for those of us who have breakfast every day

The staff are not very friendly and don't care much, they are more friendly to trainees than to employees, the breakfast is not very varied, especially the lontong menu, it's better to just take it out

The staff is very friendly explaining all my detailed questions. The room is quite spacious, there is a space for prayer. The hotel location is strategic in front of Krisna, the road is very busy. 24 hours the sound of the busy highway. Breakfast is delicious and varied, kids friendly. For morning check out before breakfast, you can request a meal box the day before. Initially, I asked for breakfast if I checked out in the morning, but it turned out I got a meal box (choice of fried rice, fried noodles, or sandwiches). When other guests saw me checking out with a meal box, they also asked for it, but they hadn't requested it so they couldn't be served. The point is, don't be shy about asking, the hotel staff will explain it well. Thank You

I have stayed at Crystal Kuta Hotel several times. Yesterday I checked in on the 4th and checked out on the 9th plus breakfast. Why is the food always chicken for a week? 😅 Even though last year there was meat for the side dish. But so far, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. To the staff, thank you very much, at that time my child's cellphone was left behind, but when I contacted the staff, they immediately checked the room, and the cellphone was there. Thank you.

This hotel has been our family's favorite hotel for the past few years, it's easy to access and very close to the airport, close to several famous places, and what makes us addicted is the breakfast, the menu is simple but delicious and the menu choices served are always right to our hearts.

Stayed for a few days at this hotel, but to clean the room, HK had to call first before cleaning the room, tea and sugar were not added daily, the breakfast menu was not very varied for those of us who have breakfast every day

The staff is very friendly explaining all my detailed questions. The room is quite spacious, there is a space for prayer. The hotel location is strategic in front of Krisna, the road is very busy. 24 hours the sound of the busy highway. Breakfast is delicious and varied, kids friendly. For morning check out before breakfast, you can request a meal box the day before. Initially, I asked for breakfast if I checked out in the morning, but it turned out I got a meal box (choice of fried rice, fried noodles, or sandwiches). When other guests saw me checking out with a meal box, they also asked for it, but they hadn't requested it so they couldn't be served. The point is, don't be shy about asking, the hotel staff will explain it well. Thank You

I have stayed at Crystal Kuta Hotel several times. Yesterday I checked in on the 4th and checked out on the 9th plus breakfast. Why is the food always chicken for a week? 😅 Even though last year there was meat for the side dish. But so far, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. To the staff, thank you very much, at that time my child's cellphone was left behind, but when I contacted the staff, they immediately checked the room, and the cellphone was there. Thank you.
