All rooms need to be checked for any issues that need repair, such as minor issues that disrupt comfort. The bathroom shower head is broken, requiring the shower to be held while showering. The receptionist, although male, could be a little friendlier.

This is my 3rd time staying here, but this is not a good experience, different from the previous time I stayed here, maybe because the apartment has been there for a long time so it is not as comfortable as the beginning. (The staff is not friendly, different from the previous staff. The bathroom is clogged. The sink faucet is broken. The balcony is dirty. The room is dirty, the walls are damp, the mattress has collapsed to the middle) The point is, the previous 2 times I stayed here, everything was good, I admit, but the 3rd time it was not a good experience. Hopefully the service and room facilities can be improved like before. I always recommend this apartment to friends who like to look for good accommodation.

The staff and service are fast. The AC is cold and the room is quite spacious. It's not complicated at all. The only downside is that you have to pay per hour for parking.

First time staying here, the room was tidy, but there were some areas that needed attention to cleanliness, such as the cupboard under the stove, the balcony had a lot of cigarette ash, and the sheets and pillowcases needed to be replaced. Although the price was quite affordable, attention to cleanliness was still paid, even if the price was higher than the current price, it was still okay. Thanks

Try providing wifi for the rooms, considering that the internet provider signal for some rooms is a bit difficult, and the balconies need to be cleaned, there are lots of cigarette butts.
