Hot water is off, the room smells, the spray is not replaced. The receptionist is rude.

The room is clean, fragrant, the toilet is also clean, there is hot water, there are 2 blankets, but I didn't get towels & toiletries, luckily I had prepared them from home. The location is very close to point 0 of Dieng, looking for food is close, minimarkets & mosques are also quite close, you can walk. The night is super cold, it can be 10-12° Celsius. Check in is at 14.00, but you can leave your belongings first, if at 12.00 there are already rooms that have been cleaned, you can actually enter, but you deliberately asked for an upper room with a balcony, so you had to wait a while. The man & the maid are friendly...thank you
