Actual hotel condition was disgustingly horrifying and not recommended for any humans to stay. The bathroom makes me gag because it was so dirty, even a public bathroom smells better. The bedside lamp was broken and literally hanging on by a thread. The leg of the sofa in my room fell off when I sat in it. Overall very bad, but I respect the staffs because they were very kind and helpful.

Old hotel without proper maintenance. The room is dirty and dusty, like never been cleaned. The scraped paint on the wall and ceiling are everywhere. The bathrooms are dirty too. Only the main bathroom has hot water, even though we can't control the temperature. The water color from the tap is brownish. The inside temperature at night could be below 15 degree Celsius, so make sure you bring proper warm clothing. The waterpark only operates 3 pools. The big one with the slides is dried. Huge disappointment since the hotel said has waterpark as its facility. For breakfast they serve nasi goreng with egg, krupuk, and hot sweet tea. Not bad. However breakfast will not be ready before 7.45 AM. In conclusion, nothing is fun but the hot spring pools. And you don't have to stay in the hotel for that, because the ticket for the pool is only 30k per person.

The Waterpark is closed, too much dust on the bed and the room, so far away from any kind of shop or food merchant. The keeper and people there are super nice and helpful. 3/10 for the place. 10/10 for the peoples.

Seriously, for the cheapest price of 500 thousand, it's really not comparable, really worried about the place, it's a shame, I wanted to get out early in the morning, so I couldn't sleep scary.

The man who takes care of it is friendly. It's only possible because the impact of the pandemic is all dirty and uncomfortable. Swimming pool cannot be used. Close to hot steam project.

The room is damp, the bathroom is dirty, the lights are off. The carpet in the room was moldy. This place is helped by the hot springs. The service is quite good.

The rooms are not as beautiful as the photos, especially the family room, the condition is very bad, very disappointing for the physical condition of the family room. The service of the hotel employees was very helpful, I complained and was helped down to a deluxe room with 2 extra beds. The condition of the deluxe room is slightly better than the family room. It's a shame the only hotel that has a hotspring in Dieng but the condition of the rooms is apprehensive. Thank you to the hotel employees who were very helpful in helping my complaint, I really appreciate that, but I will never go back to stay there again, because the physical condition is very disappointing. Note that I didn't have time to eat breakfast, because my wife and children wanted to check out immediately. Sorry, family rooms should not be offered because it will greatly damage the image of your hotel. Thank you Kind regards.
