Sebenarnya pilih hotel ini termasuk accident sih. Karena pengalaman bagus di eL hotel lain. Pikir hotel ini eL hotel yang satu lagi di batu ternyata hotel ini versi lite nya. Karena kami udah lumayan lelah setelah 10jam perjalanan ya udah lah. Dan mulailah dari hari pertama AC ruangan udah ga dingin. Masih oke lah karena pikir kita juga ga mau terlalu dingin juga, hari kedua setelah pulang dari berwisata ternyata AC nya tetap ga dingin dan malah netes air deras, malah berakibat anak kami yang bungsu jatuh terpleset kena belakang kepala, untungnya sementara sih belum ada gejala yang buruk, komplain ke housekeeping dan front office lama banget ga datang-datang, ditelp cuma dijawab akan ditanganin cuma ada yang dateng bawa handuk buat nampung tetesan air, ampir 2jam lebih ga ada yang datang buat nanganin. Setelah 2jam akhirnya dateng juga. Tapi udah cukup kecewa responnya lama banget sampe harus nelp 3x dan hasilnya tetep netes lagi ga selesai. AC tetap ga dingin dan AC tetap netes parah dari awal ga ditawari pindah kamar setelah jam setengah 12 komplain ke 4 kali nya baru ditawari pindah kamar sedangkan anak kami udah tidur pulas. Btw di hotel juga kayaknya ga ready kotak P3K saat istri saya tangannya kena pisau dan berdarah jam 11 malam, yang mana toko-toko sudah pada tutup, minta tolong untuk betadine atau obat luka. Hotel ini ga punya peralatan medis primer sama sekali seperti kotak P3K. Untgnya lagi di mobil kami ada kotak P3K dan obat-obatannya belum expired. Wifi diruangan kacau. Ga bisa diharapkan. Sebentar-sebentar hilang. Payah. Sarapan pagi hari pertama kacau, terlihat kurang petugas yang incharge, banyak makanan dan minuman yang habis padahal saat itu masih banyak tamu yang baru mau sarapan, air putih di galon habis aja ga ada yang pasang buat isi ulang, topping roti bakar habis juga dicuekin sampai harus diminta berkali-kali, sarapan di sini gak rekomen sih. Mending cari sarapan di luar. Hari kedua tambah parah. Makanan habis trus padahal baru jam 8 pagi, piring ga ada, gelas ga ada. Bener-bener parah. Kamar lantai 2 nomor 222.
