Check-in and check-out proses very easy and quick, clean swimming pool, many varieties breakfast menu and all taste good, room is quite clean unfortunately there some ants in my room but overall experience still ok

So I tried the Junior suite room for a short vacation with friends. The room looks just like the pictures in app, it's clean, spacious and comfy, overall the hotel is nice and I'm satisfied with the room considering its price. A little bit a problem with plumbing as water drain slowly in the bathroom sink but nothing serious. Check in took quite a while, 30 mins plus when busy, you might want to call in before coming there. Staff is quite friendly, funny security guy. They tried to accommodate in busy schedule. It's unfortunate to check in when hotel is booked for corporate events as lobby is not that big, you might end up standing while waiting. Not a fan of the restaurant for now, at 8AM and a lot of foods stalls already empty and not being filled back, staff seemed overwhelmed. It's probably because of the busy time with events so it's inconclusive, hope it's not usually like that. For now, my experience is 7/10.

El hotel is very comfortable with lots of facilities, friendly service from the parking lot to the rooms, the staff always greets you, every room smells of calming aroma therapy, really recommended especially for a staycation with your beloved family.

This is the first time staying at the El Royale hotel. Very satisfying and impressive. The receptionist and all staff are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the menu has quite a lot.

Staycation with family here is never boring. All my requests on Traveloka were very well taken care of by the CS. The hotel staff and employees are all friendly, the check-in process is fast, the rooms are neat, clean and smell good. The swimming pool is clean, the number of visitors is not limited, towels are provided, open until 21.00. Breakfast has a lot of variety, delicious. And that makes me very satisfied. 2 times I stayed here. First in 2BR you get breakfast for 4 people. Second, in 3 BR, you get breakfast for 6 people, and when the breakfast coupon is only used 3 (because the others are still sleeping) it turns out that for the other 3 you can request delivery to the room. Anyway, this is our family's favorite hotel. Hopefully it can continue to be better and can give special discounts for special guests. 😍😂.

The place is really cool. Anyway, it doesn't hurt to stay here. I've been staying here for almost a week, the employees are nice and friendly. The response is fast.

Satisfied staying here only for a short family staycation, check-in doesn't take long, everything is on request, and there is no need for a deposit, the check-out process is easy. And the best thing is that all the staff are friendly
