Hopefully the owner and hotel management can improve the service and improvements at the Grand Malacca Hotel, because its strategic position provides good business opportunities.

To the managers and owners, it's a shame that this hotel hasn't been managed well, because of its strategic location.

The hotel is actually nice, but it seems like it's not well maintained, especially since the pool was under repair when I arrived, so I couldn't swim. I was a little disappointed. However, the staff were friendly and polite, so the price was worth it.

The food is only fried rice and plain rice, the side dish is only eggs, it's also expensive, 40 thousand per person for children. I ordered a double room and was given a standard room. There is no soap and shampoo, no sandals, no drinking water provided. The swimming pool cannot be used/is not maintained, the hot/warm water for bathing is broken. There is no laundry bag. There is no trash can in the room, only one in the bathroom. The pillows and mattress are dull. The AC cannot be turned off from the remote.

Very comfortable, all the staff are friendly, there is a swimming pool.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful to us as visitors who brought children and the facilities were good because there was a pool.

I've never seen a hotel that provides prayer equipment and a Quran in the room, and offers all-night Quran recitation in the lobby. The price is affordable, and there's a swimming pool. Next time, I'll bring my husband and kids to stay here.

Stayed for 3 days and requested a room that was not cleaned up. The hotel is not well maintained now, not like it was 4 years ago. There are many damaged rooms and they don't provide drinking water either.

It doesn't match that check in has to be at 2 am, whereas it was informed that at 6 am when we entered the room there was no drinking water and no clothes hangers.
