Booking here with family for 2 nights. The room is very clean, the air conditioner also works well, the water heater is also okay. It's just the TV that has bad and antsy channels. I chose the premium room, including breakfast. All the staff are also friendly. Thank you, I hope you can vacation there again sometime.

Grand Panorama Hotel. 1. It's written in the hotel room offer in the application that the room we ordered is air-conditioned, it's actually a fan. 2. Breakfast is always Nasi Goreng. 3. We were forbidden to eat in the dining room on the grounds that there were other guests (BPPD), whereas we also paid for dining facilities, and we were placed on the restaurant terrace which was hot and there was no fruit. 4. We used a car, when parking was appropriate but the hotel clerk was not responsive, we parked according to the hotel's request, but when we got out of the car we were asked to fix the location of our parked car. 5. Ordered boiled eggs, didn't respond to peeling the egg shells, when asked why it wasn't peeled said I didn't order first. 6. Incomplete facilities, no toothbrush and toothpaste. 7. When we were hungry at night, forcing us to order food, we ordered at the hotel restaurant that it was not serving, but when we ordered food via an online application, we were billed by the hotel that there was a charge for buying food from outside the hotel. Very disappointing service at this hotel. Not recommended!
