Sorry for late review. This hotel has excellent staffs and very friendly, the condition of hotel very good and I have an issue due to the toilet a little bit dirty but it's not a big deal for me. In spite of the covid 19 situation, the staffs are working hard to make every guest staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

I stayed here for a day. The hotel is quite nice with complete facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and mini playground. Kids can also feed the fish for Rp 5,000. The food menu is also varied. Feedback: - The bathroom water can sometimes smell a little, but the color remains clear. - The hotel should consider eliminating the 200,000 IDR deposit or at least offering a bank transfer option. I think this deposit system is outdated. Overall, this hotel is a good option.

The most comfortable and pleasant hotel.. clean.. fragrant.. the staff are friendly and attentive.. I have stayed here 5 times and the most enjoyable thing is that the kids are not charged for breakfast because children's meals are not that much, at most it's just cereal and bread.. if other hotels can charge very high prices that are unreasonable.. if you are in Tangerang, this could be an option to stay here.. close to the Bitung toll road..

The hotel staff is friendly, even though I checked in early half an hour earlier than the scheduled time, I was able to enter the room because it was ready. The room was clean, the toilet was okay, the food was delicious. It's kids friendly because I happened to bring my 3 little ones on vacation. They could still eat while the kids were swimming until the bar closed at 10 am. Next vacation I have to come here again.🥰

I had booked through the app, when I arrived at the location, I was told to wait on the sofa, yes at that time they were busy, but I didn't sit, I just stood by the fish pond, a new customer came to check in directly to the receptionist and was immediately served, while I was still standing. The receptionist herself should have been sensitive about me being told to sit, just imagine if I hadn't approached the receptionist and I was still standing there, I wouldn't have been called... The point is that there is a lack of initiative...

Suggestion: Children under 10 years old usually don't have to pay cash for breakfast. It would be good if it was free for children. Thanks 🙏
