Overall staying here is good, what could be improved is the breakfeast, I find it not appealing, and the room service should cleaned the bathroom better, I hope it can improve in my next visit. But the quality of hotel is good, lift is fast, good location, wifi is good.

I stayed here during lebaran season. Even though there were lots of people came to stay at the hotel there were only 2 check in counter being operated so I have to wait quite long just for check in. Fortunately they gave us free coupon for lunch/dinner which made us happy. The room was spacious, neat, tidy, and clean. The staff was also friendly. The swimming pool location was also great which made us unaffraidbeing exposed to the sun. Since it is located inside a mall I find it hard to find a parking spot so I suggest you could provide special parking area for hotel guests. But overall we were happy staying at Harris.

I requested non smoking room but the non smoking room wasn't ready yet, and I had a meting to attend to and needed to freshen up for my meeting. They offered a non smoking room which they said had not been occupied for long and had been given treatment to refresh the room from smoke. So I accepted their offer, however when I got to the room there was this unpleasant smoker odor and even after I turned on the airco on the maximum fan the odor was still there. I only stayed for one night so I tried to stand the odor because I was mostly in meetings as well and just got back to my room very late. However, the breakfast was kind of sad tho, but they delivered it on time as requested.
