It was a really nice stay here, plus the convenience of the Traveloka app. I even extended my stay for 2 nights because it was so comfortable staying with my family. I checked in late at around 8 pm, but the receptionist was still very friendly and fulfilled all my requests. Thank you. As for the rooms, there are many issues, such as the air conditioning not cooling enough, the in-room telephone not working, and the chairs about to break. The deluxe room is expensive, but the amenities are not commensurate. The food is not very tasty, except for the desserts, which are quite varied.

semalam saya nginap di hotel ini, milih hotel ini karena tempat strategis dan kamar nyaman. saya check in jam 9 malam bersama bayi saya 4 bulan dan suami. kami dapat kamar nomor 373 di lantai 37. req high floor dan 1 bed juga di penuhi. senang rasanya. ketika kami tidur semua aman, tiba2 saya kebangun jam 8 pagi karena bayi saya merengek dan saya berasa kamar kami panas, saya gendong bayi saya dan keringatan. saya cek ac remote ac, ternyata ac menunjuk suhu 24 derajat dan saya coba pencet2 itu remote ac untuk turunin suhu ke 16 ga bisa. saya telp resepsionis komplain dan teknisi cek ac kamar, ternyata rusak dan di info sama teknisi bahwa ini akan nyala 30 menit aja lalu akan mati dan kami di tawarkan pindah kamar. akhirnya jam 9.30 saya telp resepsionis bilang ac nya rusak dan mau pindah kamar, di cek sama mereka lalu ga sebentar di telp dan di angkat suami saya, resepsionis tanya apa kami ada mau perpanjang kamar atau tidak, jawab suami saya tidak dan akan co, lalu di info resepsionis kamar sedang fully book dan terisi semua, jawab suami saya tidak apa, karena posisi saya lagi mandiin bayi saya. setelah saya selesai dan suami info bahwa tidak ada kamar ready untuk pindah dan saya marah karena kami harus nunggu sampai jam 12 siang co dengan kondisi ac kamar mati?? saya telp resepsionis dan saya komplain dan marah, di jawab resepsionis, tadi sudah telp dan bapak sudah bilang gapapa. seketika saya murka dan saya jawab “suami saya bilang gapapa karena kamu sudah bilang tidak ada kamar pengganti, lantas kalau saya bilang kami tetap mau pindah, apa ada kamar ?? tidak ada kan ???” resepsionis diam. tidak 15 menit di telp bilang bahwa kamar ready dan siap pindah, juga di kasih kompensasi late check out jam 2 siang. tapi saya tolak karena sudah ilfeel!! akhirnya jam 11 kami sudah co dari hotel itu. dengan kondisi kamar PANAS!!! SAYA BAYAR HOTEL INI BUKAN DENGAN HARGA 150-200RB YA. SAYA PILIH HOTEL INI UNTUK BISA TIDUR NYAMAN DAN ENAK KARENA INI ADALAH HOTEL BINTANG 4.

This was my first time staying at Harris Suite Puri Mansion with my family. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Overall, the hotel's building quality was good upon first impression. However, that good impression was dashed when we entered the room, which was in the following condition: 1. The floor was dusty and had food residue. 2. All the furniture (table, cupboard, bed frame, etc.) was dusty. 3. There was hair on the bathroom floor. 4. The remote control battery in the room needed to be replaced. After we complained, we were given a room change, but the room was still very dusty all over the furniture. The other bathroom lacked a bath mat and hand towels. One odd thing about the 2-bedroom suite was that there was only one shower in each of the two bathrooms, which was inconvenient for four guests in one room. Overall, the hotel's building quality was good, but the housekeeping, housekeeping supervisor, and housekeeping manager need retraining.

I requested a "happy staycation" sign with the children's names, but it wasn't available. The receptionist wasn't informative about additional breakfast. I asked if I could pay at the restaurant or at the receptionist, but they told me to go back and buy the coupon. It took a long time because of the long weekend waiting for the elevator to get to the receptionist. The hospitality was very disappointing. At the restaurant, during breakfast, the staff found the instant noodles undercooked, even though I had waited 30 minutes.
