The hotel location is very strategic, close to the Segiri Stadium, close to the food center, located in the bustling city of Samarinda. The advantages of this hotel are 1. Cheap price, 2. Strategic location, 3. Vintage nuance, 4. Friendly service, 5. Bathroom has bath up facilities, 6. Breakfast is good. But there are some disadvantages of this hotel that need to be dealt with, namely: 1. Narrow parking, 2. Incidentally, the hot water facilities in my room do not work, 3. It also happens that the sink water is not on, 4. It happens to be water in the bathroom if it's early and just happened to flash at 5.30, 5. Incidentally the wifi access was not easily accessed because there was no writing or notification of the wifi password from the receptionist. If you take a car and want to get out early, you can park on the side of the road because it's not funny if you have to wake up a car owner who is holding it back. Very suitable for those who do not carry a vehicle ... For motorbike riders the parking space provided is still feasible.

I stayed here for 6 days. My first day in the deluxe room, when I first entered the room I found a bed full of spots and pillows that still had people's hair, now I at that time asked to be replaced with a cover but as a result only the pillow was replaced because there was no cleaner in the day Sunday. In the room the bathroom was very dirty, like it had never been cleaned, the floor was full of moss, just wanted to come in, think first, well it's only because of my night, I didn't take a shower because of disgust. I was tired too, so I just used the makeshift pillow and the bed cover I threw away at the end of the room. On the second day of my 6th in a single room there, too, I was disappointed because I found the pillow smelled, I said to the receptionist they said it was standard (the standard smells a lot of times), I finally gave up sleeping without a pillow. Besides that there are many other disappointing things such as no chairs available, no trash cans in the room, cleanliness is also lacking, wifi is not said to not arrive on the 2nd floor. Conclusion disappointed
