For this price in the Tebet area, it's quite good. The location is quite strategic, close to Tebet Station. The rooms are quite spacious, not too cramped, and the bathrooms have water heaters, with simple curtains. Because it's located on the side of the road and next to a main road, street noise is quite audible. The downside is that parking is very narrow and limited. If you're driving a large car, you might need assistance getting your car out if the parking lot is full, as the space is tight.

the hotel is strategically located near Tebet station and kp. Melayu terminal. suitable for transit only, but not suitable for staycation with family. easy access. friendly and very helpful staff. provide rooms on the lower floor to make it easier not to go up and down.

friendly staff, when the AC is not cold, you can exchange it for another room The downside is that the plastic mattress is not removed so it's a bit noisy when you sleep, next to the hotel there are stalls and several places to eat, the location is very strategic, and the room rate is cheap. the room I chose and stayed in.. it's good for transit.. the TV doesn't work.. the refrigerator works.. you have to bring your own soap and stuff.. the wardrobe is big.. the room and bathroom don't smell.. it's close to Tebet but not noisy..

The location is near the roadside, the staff are friendly, for the bathroom it does not provide complete toothbrushes or shampoo, only soap. Clean, neat. Yeah, it's quite good for the price of around 200 thousand.
