TV remote (tipi yee tube) and AC didn't work. Toilet drainage does not work, bathroom is not clean. Provision of mineral water and soap if not questioned seems not given. Improved again for the facilities huh!

Bathroom walls and mossy bathroom doors, no light sleepers, mattresses are less comfortable. Can't get toothpaste and toothbrush. Ask for a towel change, but the old one didn't get peeling off the wall paint. The TV remote was broken, the TV was an old-school TV, and the glass was not clean, the mug was also yellow, lots of tea / coffee crust.

Tv doesn't turn on. The hot water is off and soap and slippers and toiletries must be brought by yourself. We are disappointed lorr. not rocking
