Hotel staff were amazing at all levels: front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, even administration. I had my reservation initially on May 15-21. I requested a change to May 9-15. The administration staff were able to accommodate my request. They contacted the app, which in turn contacted me for confirmation. The breakfast menu the hotel serves does reflect Indonesian cuisine, so it is a great introduction for newly visiting foreign tourists. Its vicinity to Teras Kota Mall makes the food option even wider for lunch and dinner.

Hotel Santika is always my favourite. The price is reasonable and the facilities also good. The best thing from the hotel is the breakfast. They have variety breakfast style that you might like, such as western style or indonesian style. And as their signature, they always have the indonesian traditional snacks.

The location is quite good, access to the mall can be directly from the swimming pool, the room is quite small, it looks like an old hotel, the glasses look shabby and dirty, there is a lot of food, it is varied and the taste is quite good
