The room was really good! Ga nyangka spacenya bakal gede jd ga sempit2an antara kasur meja dll. Meja kerja all the equipment was really nice. The batch room and so on. The food was great every morning! Cuma 1 aja kmrn kulkas kecilnya ga berfungsi but I don't need that much cuma maybe you can recheck it in room 327. Thank you for the nice service of youu

I'd say this is one of the best stays if you want luxury stay on budget. Because if you want amazing hotels, go for those above 1 million rupiahs per night. This is an okay stay. Friendly staffs. Foods are okay. Clean room with all amenities you need like hangers, mini bar, hair dryer, etc. Though you could see spots on the ceilings that need maintenance. Shower space needs maintenance because it's getting yellowish. That's it. I suggest to never order in-room dining because foods and beverages are obviously priced insanely. Unless my 100k pasta would taste like heaven, I would never ever did it again. It's oily like too much. Taste is not that great compared to when I bought pasta from Pizzeria Cavalese for example just for comparison. Coke for 35k? Juice for 55k? Nope. Just order go food! By the way the double bed gives me back pain. Because they literally just put together two single beds into one. Might as well have a queen bed or king bed. This sucks because I do not expect back pain from relaxing staycation. The hotel has free car services to go to the malls but when I tried to have it, they said I have to book a day before. Very inconvenient! So then again, we have to have much patience and tolerance because cannot expect too much from a budget luxury stay. Remember, on budget so you got services and all on budget. However, I appreciate the friendly and polite staffs from security even to household attendants. 😅👌

For those who suddenly staycation with family, just want to rest, this is quite sufficient. Really even. Because the room size is sufficient, the bathroom is also quite spacious, amenities are also complete. Will comeback for sure.

Saya menikmati menginap di sini. Karena pelayanan mulai dari security depan, Front Office, Housekeeping bahkan crew resto punya standar pelayanan yang sangat baik. Menu breakfast di sini traditional, menu masakan Balinya enak banget 🥰. Recommended ya. Untuk area Jakarta Utara. Dekat dengan 3 mall juga 👍🏼

Hotel Santika Kelapa Gading. Honest review 5/10. Lobby luas dan megah tapi menurutku kursi tunggu nya kurang banyak. Dapet kamar No 533, request kamar dengan view bagus malah dapet view lorong huftt. Terus juga ada cooler tp gtw rusak atau display doang ga dingin samsek. AC kamar nya ga berasa juga, padahal udah di 16 semaleman malah gerah. Untuk breakfast nya, menurutku kurang bervariasi sih. Kebanyakan juga udah pada dingin. Ngambil soto ayam kuah nya dingin jadi sayuran nya kaya ga mateng gitu. Roti-rotian banyak yang abis ga di reffil jugaa. Buah cuma ada pepaya dan semangka itupun tinggal dikit. Dan untuk salad sayur nya aku cek untuk wortel nya kaya kurang fresh gitu. Jujur untuk rasanya juga standar banget. Omlete asin, puding kemanisan, jus2 nya juga manis banget. Kelebihan nya mungkin di toilet nya lumayan luas, dan suka dengan keran nya yang dipisah antara air panas & dingin. Air di kamar juga dapet 4 botol, slippers ada 2 pasang dan wifi nya juga cepet.
