The staff from bell boy to housekeeping are all so friendly. The room is so clean, the bathroom too. The space is just fit for a perfect 1/2 night transit stay. The location is perfect, near the station and Pasteur toll gate. The breakfast is good, they have a lot of Sundanese traditional selection. Perfect for a 3-star hotel. Will be back for a short stay in Bandung. Thanks Santika.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are spacious and the interiors are very well-appointed. The views from the rooms are also exceptional.

The location is quite strategic, as it's in the Pasir Kaliki area. The rooms are quite spacious, and you can add an extra bed for a fee upon check-in. However, the basement parking space is only big enough for a few cars, and there's no elevator from the basement to the lobby.
However, the breakfast is very varied. It's delicious and changes daily.

the hotel location is good, nearby the station.
the bed is comfortable, wide and nice. unfortunately the room is not soundproof.
the noises came to the room via the door mostly, we could hear the toilet flush and the noises from other rooms.
since this hotel is closer to the station, I assumed lots of people are staying for transit like us, which they need a comfortable and sounded rest to continue their trip.
the restaurant on the 9th floor was facing the Tangkuban perahu, which is beautiful and great to have especially when you're dining in.
the food tasted really good.
you could add more options in the menu.
overall for a transit staying, it was good.

Check in and check out quickly, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the room has a smart TV, minus there is no pool and the breakfast is terrible in my opinion, please improve it again for the variety and taste and breakfast is until 10 o'clock, please, until 10 o'clock it is still complete, everything is refilled then..

everything is ok, only at breakfast the atmosphere is a bit lacking, even the only interns who are seen working (black and white clothes & still look like teenagers so I think they are interns) the seniors are not visible

Parking is limited. The attendants in this parking area seemed aggressive, insisting on valet parking even though there were still empty spaces, and my car was parked in that space.
I told the receptionist that not everyone likes or wants valet service, especially when there are still empty spaces.
Furthermore, my bag was almost snatched when I offered to help.
Santika is one of my preferred hotels when I travel, and I was a bit surprised by the service I received at Santika Pasir Kaliki.
The attendants should be taught proper etiquette to avoid disappointing customers.

the hotel location is good, nearby the station.
the bed is comfortable, wide and nice. unfortunately the room is not soundproof.
the noises came to the room via the door mostly, we could hear the toilet flush and the noises from other rooms.
since this hotel is closer to the station, I assumed lots of people are staying for transit like us, which they need a comfortable and sounded rest to continue their trip.
the restaurant on the 9th floor was facing the Tangkuban perahu, which is beautiful and great to have especially when you're dining in.
the food tasted really good.
you could add more options in the menu.
overall for a transit staying, it was good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are spacious and the interiors are very well-appointed. The views from the rooms are also exceptional.

Check in and check out quickly, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the room has a smart TV, minus there is no pool and the breakfast is terrible in my opinion, please improve it again for the variety and taste and breakfast is until 10 o'clock, please, until 10 o'clock it is still complete, everything is refilled then..

My staycation at this hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were nice and quite large, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the limited parking. Overall, my stay at the Hotel Santika Pasir Kaliki was very satisfying.

Parking is limited. The attendants in this parking area seemed aggressive, insisting on valet parking even though there were still empty spaces, and my car was parked in that space.
I told the receptionist that not everyone likes or wants valet service, especially when there are still empty spaces.
Furthermore, my bag was almost snatched when I offered to help.
Santika is one of my preferred hotels when I travel, and I was a bit surprised by the service I received at Santika Pasir Kaliki.
The attendants should be taught proper etiquette to avoid disappointing customers.
