Ibis, which is not as rich as it used to be, all paid ammunition, such as sandals and toothbrushes. Such ammunition should be free from hotel facilities. In other hotels such ammunition is free. And for breakfast, the fried rice is mushy, like rice, when it's fried, the crackers are tough and you don't get fruit. For the okay room, it's comfortable, clean, actually I come here very often because it's comfortable. Only the facilities are not okay.

In the corridor it is hot because there is no air conditioning, cleaning tools (brush and toothpaste) are not provided / but must be purchased separately. It is better if the AC is replaced with central AC (not split AC) so that the air circulation is better, fresh and healthy. The paid coffee maker in the lobby should also be checked for the condition of the coffee/chocolate and sugar so that it doesn't happen that the coffee we bought turns out to be wormy and undrinkable.

The first time checking in was greeted with a dead room AC remote battery, no telephone, plus no hotel slippers and tootbrush (paid). The bathroom and toilet are separate, both very cramped, very uncomfortable and feel trapped in them instead. The air conditioner is not cold even though the room size is very small, the first experience staying at a hotel while sleeping is feeling sweaty.! Please be the focus of management to make improvements, this event is a budget hotel but comfort needs to be considered, especially for the class of a subsidiary of the Accor group. It's a shame that expectations don't match reality.

Room was okay, breakfast was good for budget hotel. In my opinion, the top bunk bed is not really comfy. Overall enough for a short stay.
