Our room had bad lighting only small white light on plafond, reading light near the bed side not good due to colour light. No mirror near the wash basin , no shelve to put the things on, no glasses in the room nor in the bathroom, hot water with the geyser exhausting in the room, ventilation opening in the room is okay .. but also allows bugs entering the room.. only the views is beautiful to be seen in a good weather. Not to be recommended for Christmas - New Year holiday, often clouds in the street .

Minus: when we arrive the water in the bathroom is dead, at night the TV is black and white, but when the morning / noon the TV is back in color, the smell of gas in the room is slightly stinging when using hot water (we are afraid to explode), inadequate staff at night (a bit of horror), the vent above the door is still open, at check-out no staff is in control, Prepare breakfast is quite long. plus: the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good and plenty, the rooms are clean and neat the conditions are in accordance with the ones in the photos, the room conditions are very comfortable, the rooftop is very cool (as expected) can see and photos at sunrise, mount batur and lake Batur is very clear (recommended), privacy is very well maintained, parking lot is very wide, Provided additional blankets for those who are not strong with cold weather, the hotel is perfect for all ages. Suggestion: you should provide heating because there may be guests who are not cold, Provide a telephone for each room so that it is easy to communicate with staff, Maybe the gas cylinder hose can be checked so that it does not always smell when using hot water, maybe additional staff for night duty. Since this hotel is a new hotel, so we don't have a problem with it, we really enjoy staying at this hotel. Hopefully in the future this hotel will be much better and advanced. always success. thanks.

Strategic hotel on the main road, clean enough even though the floor is a bit slippery and should use wood so it won't be cold or provide slippers for the room. The bathroom is spacious, our first room did not turn on the warm water and it was clogged, then at night we moved rooms and everything was ok, the bed was clean, quite comfortable, and very cold, needed a water heater at least to cook warm drinking water because the weather was very cold, the restaurant was good, tasty food, generous portions. Rooftop can see a very beautiful view. Front view rooms are quite good just blocked by electricity poles that disturb the view. So far, okay.

A good hotel, safe, comfortable, quiet and large, large rooms and double deluxe beds, suitable for families and with friends a nice breakfast.
