The place is nice, the only problem is the checkin is a bit long, it's quite long to wait 2 hours before being able to check.

The sheets and pillowcases were changed and smelled bad, there were underwear on top of the wardrobe, and beyond my expectations 👍

Lots of facilities but less maintenance like the TV is blurry. The toilet door was broken, the guest locked the lock in the bathroom. Beyond that the elevator is a bit old, I was trapped in the elevator 2 times.

The place is less comfortable and not interesting at all.

Strategic location, same facilities as offered, fast wifi, cold air conditioner, normal bathroom heater, cleanliness of the unit is quite good, hospitality of the owner is quite good. There is a lack of nightclubs (karaoke) on the first floor and my unit is on the 3rd floor so if at night the sound of music is heard in the room, the room is not soundproof so there are people walking / carrying trolleys in the corridor when I hear the night, they run out of electricity tokens early in the morning, and have to wait more than 2 hours to fill the token (open at 8 am), not enough power and electricity often flashes especially if 2 ACs are turned on plus hiter, had run out of gallon water, there was a wall of holes behind the door. The condition of the apartment / corridor is grim!
