Generally the room is nice and cosy. Friendly staff. The only hiccup is the WiFi connection is really poor.

It has been a satisfying experience staying in Lovina Inn. Not a big hotel, but the room is quite spacious. The only thing that I think they need to improve is the hot water availability which was not available at early in the morning and at night so I had to take showers with cold water for 3 nights. But everything else is okay, there is a restaurant downstairs that is also good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Batam.

The restaurant Food is good. But the restaurant open 's late. (11 plus am) you have to order breakfast else where. My room there is no window, I could have upgrade and get a room with a window because I didn't know. Lighting in that room needs to be brighter. Room is clean. Overall the hotel is okay.
