I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful staycation with my family at Mason Pine Hotel, and I'd like to share our thoughts on the experience. Check-in was a breeze, allowing us to start our getaway with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. I really enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel when I spend short holiday with my family. Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Balikpapan. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

A very pleasant staycation for a birthday celebration. Slow on the check-in and still asking for deposit at 200K. Helpful FO staff and very informative. Spacious room and clean, but the brown tiny pillow smells awful and some ants colony stays inside the teacup. Internet very very slow and disconnected all the time, Television needs to upgrade. The blanket is also so old-fashioned. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties, standard on taste (for my taste it was too salty) Fast check-out and definitely will coming back again.

We are satisfied with our stay at Alana Hotel. It is located in a strategic location, the room is large clean and luxurious, the breakfast is wonderful 10 stars, the swimming pool is also good, the staff is helpful and kind, we can have an easy check-in. We will stay at this hotel when we return to Jogja.
