First, I was greeted and escorted by security to my studio room at Davailia Tower. I was offered a studio room for 300,000 Rupiah. I declined, saying it was expensive. I booked it from Traveloka for only 150,000 Rupiah. The security guard said, "No, sir." Then I booked it from Traveloka and showed it to the security guard, and he said, "It's cheap, sir." In my opinion, management should pay attention to security. It's a shame for people with limited means. Security officers should be trained to serve customers sincerely. Our fortunes are already arranged. Just because we live in the capital city means we have to ask for help from those below us. Furthermore, if you've already booked, management should contact the customer, not the customer seeking information and contacting them. Thank God, at first I was disappointed, but then I was given the key to the studio room, even though I went up alone to the 2802nd floor. The facilities are decent, but some of the lights and power outlets didn't work. Towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes are provided, and unlimited water. There's a swimming pool, a children's play area, and a sports center. That's all for now if I want to tell you all the details. My hands are sore from typing.
