After booking at Traveloka, when I arrived, it was said that the booked room was full. How come? But given a solution, add 20 thousand room upgrades. Thankfully, after choosing some of the rooms offered, you can get a decent one, especially the bathroom is clean. Pretty fun. The minus is that the AC is not cold enough and the towels are torn, still provided for guests. But it is comfortable and the reception and staff are kind and always responsive.

Sorry but, during my experience this staycation was the worst for me, first I had to add cash because the room I booked was full so there was an upgrade room even though the room was zonk, the lobby and corridor were repaired but for the zonk room, the AC turned off, even when I turned it on not cold at all, rough and dirty sheets. Hopefully in the future it can be repaired again.
