Oak tree hotel stand on the hills in “semarang atas”. Great eco green concept with best sunset spot and have big swimming pool. But the breakfast was not good and our room sometimes smell bad (from bathroom maybe).

For a hotel in its class, Oak Tree is really worth it. Clean rooms & toilets. The toiletries are quite complete. There are no AC & water heater problems. Everything works fine. Have tried room service, the fried noodles are really good. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious, of course, with a swimming pool view and a beautiful environment because there are lots of trees. The advantage that stands out from Oak Tree is that the environment is quiet and beautiful because its location is not on the edge of the main road. Suitable for those who like a calm atmosphere. Don't forget, all the hotel staff are also very helpful. From the front of the security, receptionist, cleaning service, friendly and very helpful. Later I will staycation again here because it's comfortable. Hopefully it can maintain its quality.

Staying 3 days here is pleasant, the view from the balcony is green with lots of trees. The room is clean, standard amenities and there is a bathtub. Quiet because it is quite far from the highway. Spacious car park. Pool clean. The staff are friendly. Nice.

Been a fan of this hotel since 2017. It's like our second home in Semarang because we've never been absent every time we go to Semarang, we definitely stay here. Staying at Oaktree even this time is our 3rd stay in 2023 alone. Was disappointed during the previous visit (yesterday's Eid al-Fitr holiday) it turns out that at that time they were still adjusting because they had just changed management (released from Ascott management) plus the hectic peak season. Really happy to stay this time, everything looks back to normal, even better than before. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. Miss Emil in FnB who is super friendly. We were also given several compliments by Ms. Noorya who was very good at listening and following up on our feedback, and even at checkout we were provided with coffee. Thank you very much Ms. Noorya. Thank you for comeback stronger OakTree Emerald! We'll definitely come back! ❤️

Pleasant. The room is spacious, the atmosphere is calm, the view is the city lights at night, the swimming pool is quite large, the breakfast menu is okay, the room has a balcony. From the outside the hotel building looks like an old building, but the inside is really nice, the price is also not expensive. good.

Stay June 22-23. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. There was a slight problem when checking in and entering the room where the shower faucet was off. But great way to handle the problem. It was immediately handled by the manager on duty that night from the deluxe room which was upgraded to a junior room, great anyway. The only obstacle is the food menu, which is less varied. Breakfast at 7 is only fried rice.

Very satisfied staying at Oak Tree Emerald Semarang, the atmosphere is different from the others because there are lots of cool trees. Rooms smell clean and have a varied breakfest, good service🫶🏻. Only 1 thing needs to be fixed, the chlorine in the swimming pool is thick and very stinging.

Saya mampir menginap semalam saat dalam perjalanan. Staff FO ramah & informatif. Sayangnya dapat kamar lantai 2 view dinding tanah, coba dinding tanahnya diolah lansekapnya, mungkin akan lebih menarik. AC kamar dingin & nyaman untuk beristirahat. Kondisi kamar cukup bersih, pintu & furniture kayunya harus lebih diperhatikan perawatan kebersihannya. Shower air lancar deras, tapi sambungan pipa keran tidak rapat jadi jika menyalakan shower, airnya meluber juga dari sambungan keran. Kolam renang cukup terawat, berada di samping tempat sarapan. Semoga semakin baik perawatan kebersihan & pelayanannya. Terima kasih
