Overall safe (I backpack and rent a motorbike, the motorbike is safely placed outside the room), nice, clean, the facilities are pretty good there are TVs, cabinets, clothes hangers, just need to add pillows and bolsters if the room is used for both.

The owner is very friendly. The room and environment are clean enough only the window cannot open, the window of the room is only covered with thin curtains but coated with window film, the bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs so the bathroom is tilted hard to take water in the tub, the wooden room door there are some small holes and sliced door pieces so there are a few parts visible out.

The owner of the boarding house is very kind, friendly, mother and father, super good, the place is also very comfortable, cheap and suitable for the cool AC backpacker, only the TV channels that can be watched by RTV and SPACTOON are only
