Location very good, in the heart of busy Lembang itself. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is quite tasty. Room is clean and well decorated. Now the improvement area: Bathroom supplies is very limited, only 2 toothbrushes for a family suite for 4. Soap is very cheap. 2 sachets of shampoo. Hot water is lukewarm at best, in Lembang area where the temperature is cold. Overall quite good, except for the bathroom parts

Classic Room it's quite clean and spacious. The room view right to the swimming pool and also there is small playground.

Very beyond my expectations. With a relatively affordable price we got a very spacious and comfortable room for our small family. The facilities are very suitable for a staycation with family, especially children, indoor playground, outdoor playground, swimming pool and a fresh green garden in the middle of the cool city of Lembang add to the fun of having a vacation with family. Breakfast also tastes good, although the menu variety is limited. The staff is very helpful, from the receptionist to security, all very friendly.

This is the first time I stay here, I like it, it's clean, the service is friendly and so when I go home, I get typical Bandung souvenirs again, Batagor. Thank you Pesona Bamboe Lembang. Continued success.
