The check-in process was easy, the breakfast menu was quite varied but the taste was just so-so, when we were there the rotating floor was being repaired so my son was a little disappointed because he intended to stay at Pohon Inn because he wanted to enjoy eating while the rotating floor. The bed was very small so if there were three of us we would have to add another bed.

Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet is unclean and the sink is crusty. Even though the room price is not cheap, the cleanliness is not well-maintained. The food is delicious, but please pay attention to the cleanliness of the dining table and the stroller for dirty dishes. I chose to stay for 2 nights because of the strategic location inside Jatim Park 2, but I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness.

It was amazing, it was really fun to stay here, the service was good, the staff were friendly, the most memorable thing was having breakfast at the "rotating" table, it was really fun 😁😁👍 If it was just Screetzoo, it would be just so-so... unless you bring the kids, maybe it would be a bit too much

The hotel staff was friendly, and breakfast at the restaurant was fun, with plenty of wildlife to see. It's a shame the leopard didn't make an appearance. The room was clean, but the hand shower didn't open. Perhaps this could be reviewed. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

A pleasant holiday experience with a large family. We booked a connecting room. The room was clean and had a great view. We requested a room with the best view. On the 5th floor, we had a view of the mountains and the animal enclosures at Batu Secret Zoo. There were attractions during breakfast at the restaurant. The food quality needs to be improved. Located inside Jatim Park 2, it offers strategic access for those who want to vacation at Jatim Park. The lighting in the room was dim at night, but it wasn't a problem because this is a holiday hotel, not a work hotel.
