Nice experience here. The place is like a shophouse, but very comfortable. The officers are also very friendly. The bed sheets, towels, blankets and pillowcases had just been installed when we arrived. And very fragrant. Free for drinking water such as tea, coffee. The bathroom is also clean, there is a sink. There are squat and sit toilets. The choice of room types is female and mixed (girl and boy). Many foreign tourists stay here. What I'm surprised about is how few people stayed here, because we booked this on the day of the event. That was the afternoon because we were confused about whether to take a nap before midnight to wait for a pick-up at Malang Station. The location is strategic, close to the center of Malang. Close to Malang Station, colorful villages, Tridi and Arema villages. And closest to Jalan Kayutangan (like the road in Malioboro) there are lots of traders, and it's busy. Only for Indomaret et al it's a bit difficult, it's quite far. Close to the church there is the Khairil Anwar Monument. Don't hesitate to book this place, because this accommodation is real, not fictional. We got the price for Saturday, October 29 2023, specifically for women, 54 thousand per bed/person, mixed room 64 thousand per bed/person.

Kondisi bangunan dan ruang kamar sesuai deskripsi foto di aplikasi, bersih, rapi, wangi. Buka 24 jam jadi kalau mau check in di luar jam check in bisa kontak penjaga nya, fastrespon kok dan ramah juga (ada extra fee ya) dekat dengan pusat pertokoan kayutangan dan spot wisata kayutangan heritage village. Untuk harga segini sudah cukup untuk melepas lelah sekedar baring-baring, charge hp dan bersih-beraih badan. Tipe kamar mandi ada 2, toilet duduk dan jongkok, shower air hangat 24 jam. Ada dispenser air dan locker yang bisa dipakai untuk menyimpan barang berharga. Kalau misal kalian mau early check in tapi ternyata kasurnya belum ada yang kosong tinggal bilang mas penjaganya untuk nitip barang dulu dan numpang mandi wkwk ramah banget. The bedroom was clean and fragrant. AC cold. Mattress little bit thin. Shared bathroom but it was clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Recommend for backpacker trip. Cheap but satisfying.

All the facilities and the hopitalities are best. And also the keeper also super friendly to every guest. I also borrow his lappie and the motorbike for some urgent things, and he was fine. Hope it will long last as a comfy homestay so I could comeback one day.

Extraordinary. Even though the price is under 100 thousand, the service is really good. The mattress is also comfortable to sleep on, smells really good, sleeps soundly. The toilet is also good. Mukenahs, sarongs and prayer mats are also available. The man who is on guard and also the owner is also friendly and very alert. You must come here again if you go on holiday in Malang again.
