Tasty, comfortable, clean, cheap, safe, friendly employees. guaranteed to be satisfied even if room only. A little suggestion, if you clean up the room again, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom too. Thanks.

Thank you for the opportunity given to give a response. I just reminded that before the room was sold it would be good to double check first. Because I get smelly dry dirt / veses on the blanket. Because I was looking for a telephone room I did not find then I left the room to the receptionist. After I spoke to the receptionist the respondent said "duh" and asked us to move rooms. Maybe like that standard or negligence of officer for no statement of apology at all. Hospitality and cleanliness please pay more attention to the world of hospitality because for me it is very decisive. Thank you, I hope Safin Residence will be better

The first time I entered the room the room smells musty, there are no clothes hangers, the air conditioner does not want to cool, there are small insects on the dressing table that has glass (want to be photographed but afraid of cockroaches coming out ðŸ˜), under the bed is not cleaned and is really bad , dirty bed linen, dirty bathroom, dead shower and no replacement equipment such as bucket & bucket so if you want to take a shower under the tap oh lord !!, there is toothpaste & toothbrush but no fennel soap. If you want to stay here you should think again. It's cheap, but at least the horse must have a business manager if you already know it's a rental property. In other places there are prices this much but not really like this. I must read the review before ordering. Yahlahlah!

I think that's really reasonable price with the facility at the inn. the security always stand by 24 hours and keep safety. the location is strategic and really easy to find in google maps. The rooms its also spacious with clean room, air conditioner is cool, towel and bath kit is available. warm water when you get shower is also available. The service room and receptionist is really humble and friendly. You must give deposit for 100k IDR. The swimming pool its not to large and the inn have a lot of parking area. Near from the residence is so many street food available at the night. But maybe this residence its so far from public transportation so yo may order Grab or GoCar.
