It was really unexpected, the hot water was off, TV was off, broken door handle, bad communication, disabled lift. I was staying for 2 nights, they didn't clean up the room for the 2nd night. It's really way too expensive for this experience. Hope they can improve the service, communication, all of them. Maybe will change my review later once they improved.

Really not recommended. Room rates do not match the price. When I wanted to check in, I was told that the TV couldn't turn on for 2 months because there was no STB. What are you doing for 2 months? Hot AC. Next time, if the room has facilities like this, don't increase the price to more than 200. Disappointed 👎. TV can't, no compensation given

Nothing, I arrive at hotel at 2.30pm and the room is not ready yet. LOL. And the staff really doesn't care about that.

Very bad hotel to stay, there is no water from night till morning. There is no hot water only cold for shower. The bathroom is so dirty the floor is slippery. No TV working. Looks like they only have 1 staff there. There is no staff in the morning for help the gust overall nothing is working in this hotel.
