The hotel staff is very friendly, responsive & very helpful. The room is very clean & comfortable. The AC & water heater are also no problem. But when my husband entered the elevator in the middle of the night, he said the cigarette smell was quite strong.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The room was spacious with lots of tables and sockets. The bathroom was also quite spacious. And most importantly, the service from the hotel staff was VERY BEST!!!!!!!!! If you don't stay at Sinergi Hotel, you'll definitely regret it if it suddenly goes viral and you don't get to experience staying at Sinergi. THANK YOU 🫶🏼❤️

An interesting stay experience, the hotel staff is very friendly, only the room is not soundproof, at night there was a loud noise of people joking outside the room, I had to report it to the receptionist and it was quickly handled 👍 The location is very close to my daughter's cottage so it is very worth it 👍
