So I booked a deluxe queen room for a night without breakfast, you can get breakfast for 150k/ pax in the restaurant tho. From the location itself is kind of odd but when I got into the hotel I would say its exterior and interior are quite nice. I checked in at 14:00, I chose the smoking room but when I got inside they didn't have ashtray so I have to call the receptionist. The room was cozy, interior definitely meets the standard requirements of 4 stars hotel except the bathroom's quite small. The only problem here was all the small details. No ashtray in smoking room, the vent was left open (I think they didn't finish it in time before we got in), all the soaps (body soap, shampoo, conditioner) were left just a quarter (they didn't refill them), fridge wasn't cold enough. The view from the window was very nice actually, when you see the hotel building from the outside maybe you think its in the kind of weird location but it gives you a nice view from the hotel especially at night. All the staff are very formal and nice. Fast services.

Very nice and comfortable hotel also helpful service from all of staff. I was stay only one night at Grand Deluxe Room, and I choose this room include breakfast, when I came to restaurant for brunch, a lot of choices to eat and was really good

The service is satisfactory, it's just that the swimming pool area is not that wide, right, it only fits 2-3 families, if it's more capacity it will be full, especially when there are only a few relaxing seats. But overall it's still quite satisfactory. Hopefully in the future it can be even better

I stayed in a deluxe room, the room was quite spacious, the interior was okay, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, after checking in automatically I was registered as a Swissbel hotel member, and I could get a disc of about 20% for ordering f&b at the restaurant.
