The wifi can't be used, the TV remote can't be used either, that's the only problem, oh yeah, for breakfast, is it served on a plate? It's not a buffet, or is there a certain schedule for breakfast on certain days.

This is my first time staying in a really dirty hotel 😭😭. The sheets and pillowcases weren't changed, the floor was dirty, the glass was incredibly dirty, the AC wasn't cold at all, I was sweating so much last night that I couldn't sleep. Plus, the next room was full of young people who were up all night joking around while running around the room, making a lot of noise. The room smelled musty, oh my god, this hotel seems like it's never been cleaned. I rushed to check out in the morning because I couldn't stand it anymore, the hotel was really dirty 😭😭

At first, I was wary of reviews from people who had stayed at this hotel. But when my family and I stayed, it turned out to be very good. The staff was friendly. The hotel room facilities were complete. The room cleanliness was standard, and for the price, it was very worth it. The hot shower worked well. The AC was also cold. I stayed in room 514, with 3 single spring beds, perfect for children. The swimming pool, perhaps because it's next to the Sengkaling recreation area, is rarely used by customers, so it's a bit neglected. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. Oh yes, before checking in, I checked in online on Traveloka and confirmed via WhatsApp 5 hours before check-in so they had already cleaned and checked all the room facilities before we used them.
