Minus: start coming receptionist less smiling unlike in other hotels. 2. It turns out that there are no double beds even though in the description Dou, Same footwear hotel also bagusan. 6. Old bathroom plus: 1. TV channels many channels. 2. There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, liquid soap, shampoo. 3. There is a hanger. 4. There are tables and chairs.

The staff is just ordinary, in the room there is no drinking water / bottled water. rooms are like warehouses, dust everywhere.

It's really bad, I'm very disappointed, the swimming pool facilities can't be used, whereas here it says it can be used! The room is scary, the AC sound can't move rooms!

- We're expecting to use the pool, but no information about it until we arrived and it's non-refundable.- The sheet and the towel somehow dirty.- The hallway quiet hot.- The AC pretty much just wind.- No small fridge to store food and drink.

Actually not satisfied…. The accommodation is okay. I didn't get a room where the air conditioner wasn't cold… but I told CS. Immediately responded and moved rooms. Good service, okay room…. Unfortunately, I can't go to the 5th floor for ft2, let alone swimming yet. Even though the main intention is to invite children to swim. But its okay. In the future, please provide a chat option to the admin. So that you can ask if the swimming pool can be used or not.

The air conditioner was not cold enough in the UG23 room during the pandemic, I couldn't go to the swimming pool even though I only saw for photos

The hotel receptionist does not provide accurate information, for example, such as parking vouchers, if I don't ask, I won't know if there is parking vouchers, the night receptionist only says there is parking vouchers worth 25 thousand, it's my turn to check out the next day, right me asked for the parking vouchers, it turned out that the vouchers paid 25 thousand to the hotel, I thought I got free vouchers from the hotel.
