Best service. I arrived late at 6 when checking in, served with welcome drinks and they gave me 3 meal vouchers to redeem that night. I had fried rice with chicken satay and fried chicken, a plate of Hawaiian pizza and fried banana with chocolate sauce. The room is spacious with a large balcony. 2 large beds the size 140cm each. The swimming pool [is] awesome.

Even though the location is very strategic and the rooms are spacious, the overall facilities are not clean. The standing shower has no water, the cleanliness is lacking, and the food is bland with limited variety.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, everything was good. In terms of location, my activities were in the Nusa Dua area, so I highly recommend it because it is very close. It is also very close to the airport, so there is no fear of traffic jams. It is also close to the Wisnu Kencana area. In terms of food, it was overall delicious and varied. The check-in service was also good. I arrived before check-in time, but they were very flexible, so although I originally intended to just check in my luggage, we were able to check in. Thank you for the service. Long live Indonesian tourism.

Booked a deluxe bay view room, and received a free upgrade to a bay view suite due to renovations. They also included three free meal vouchers and one free massage voucher. The receptionist was friendly. Upon arrival, we were given a refreshing and delicious mojito as a welcome drink. The room was nice, with a balcony. The outside balcony also had a relaxing sofa. There was a living room with a TV and sofa. There were two bathrooms, one near the entrance and one next to the bedroom. The bedroom has a 50-inch TV, but it's not yet a smart TV. The guest room has a 32-inch TV with YouTube and Netflix. The bathroom has a bathtub, is spacious, and has complete amenities. The hot water runs smoothly. The living room also has a kitchen and dining table, but no stove. There's an infinity pool with free access and a sofa for sunbathing. Breakfast is comprehensive, with chicken, fish, beef, sausages, various breads, and drinks. Drinks include fresh milk, coffee, tea, and fruit. You can bring food back to your room if you don't finish it. So far, I'm satisfied and will definitely return. There's a lot to appreciate about this hotel, but that's enough for now. Hopefully, it will stay that way.

The place is okay...the food is also quite good but the toilet in the bedroom doesn't flush well...plus the sheets aren't clean either

It was quite exciting when I knew that this was a 5-star hotel, but it all disappeared. You have to maintain well the building and set more cleaning standards higher for the staff

The service was excellent and friendly. Thank you to Mr. Wena, the security guard at the front of the hotel, who also took us on a boat tour of the mangroves behind the hotel. It was fun and enjoyable. Some corners of the room, especially on the 8th floor and our room, needed repairs and renovations. The hotel's concept is already beautiful and unique, just needs some maintenance. The spa and massage are also very affordable.

booked in deluxe, but due to renovation of deluxe room, moved to jacuzzi suite, hehehe heard the suite was already nice, when I got to the room, it turned out to be a mess, first there were lots of mosquitoes, then the sheets felt like they had never been washed, the bathroom was dull and smelly, eh at night I still got the bonus of the sound of rats jogging on the ceiling
