The bathroom is my favorite, the room is big, bed was comfortable, but the internet was poor.

For short stay this hotel is good but sometime in outside there is annoying racing exhaust from street racer.

Hotel looks nice, hotel worker is very helpful I really appreciate it. But the room especially the bathroom! Tried to fill in the bathtub and when we check it again it's filled with dark/black water?! Tried to drain the water but it was so hard to pull the pop-up drain, when we managed to pull it, it closes by itself. This happened several times, we we're so disgusted by the bathtub so we didn't use it. Picture attached is what it looks like after we drain the water. The sink looks like it has never been wiped before. Please do something with room 611!

It was really fun staying here, got the top floor as requested, but unfortunately there was no balcony and got a room with a connecting door so the noise from next door was very audible, next time I want to stay here again.

Overall it's really good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are really good, the breakfast menu is top markotob, but unfortunately the hallway along the room is dark, lacks lighting, for olga in the morning around the hotel it's really okay, even better if there is a swimming pool for children to swim, which is a pity the check-in time is a bit long, it takes 30 minutes to check in, if I may suggest there is a welcome drink, so if someone is waiting for this check, it's a bit long, but next time if you want a staycation to BSC, you will definitely go to The Grantage again.

The first time I tried a staycation here the staff was friendly, the facilities were all okay, the rooms were bright and spacious, the view out was also good. Room requests are also taken care of. Only the work table is a bit dirty with lots of stains because it is white so it looks clear, when you enter there is a used drink bottle, whether you forgot to clean it or what. Overall, it's very satisfying, hopefully later if you come here again, it will still be satisfying like this. Thanks

Actually a bit dissatisfied with the general facilities. The rest, for the location, rooms, service and food, everything is really cool. Very okay. Especially for the friendly and fast service. It's just that it's like the skylounge can't be used, so for a 4-star hotel class there is no swimming pool and, the most disappointing thing even though it's not too important is, there is no balcony, even though in the details when I ordered there was a balcony, he said because the new room didn't there are all balconies. So it really feels like the air is AC and there is no fresh air from outside. That's it. But I really recommend this hotel for those who want to staycation with friends, not those who bring children.
